80% of school shooters tell someone about their plans. But most people don’t take them seriously; they think they’re “just joking”. For BBDO New York’s latest collaboration with Sandy Hook Promise, we asked stand-up comedians to incorporate real threats made by school shooters into their sets. The resulting PSA highlights the absurdity of treating violent threats as jokes.
