Working with world-leading auditory researchers at the University of Salford, we identified a frequency between 750-780hz that noise-cancelling headphones struggle to suppress. We designed a 100% mechanical bell tuned to that specific range. We then tested and proved its efficacy on the streets of London with Deliveroo, a leading UK delivery platform. Skoda has made the research public, and is working with mobility partners looking to scale the solution in cities worldwide.
